After Graduating From De Montfort University in 2010, I have spent the last 13 years working in the NHS across a range of leadership roles. I am passionate about supporting frontline NHS clinical and operational staff to deliver the best possible care to the population of Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. My career to date has required me to learn and deploy a range of skills including Strategic and Operational Planning, Business Analytics and Financial Management.
I am passionate about education and the amazing people that work within the sector. I firmly believe that Latimer has excellent people who have the skills to ensure that every child can develop the foundations necessary to excel education. I want Latimer to focus on equity of outcomes and ensure that every pupil (regardless of their ethnicity, religion, gender or socioeconomic position) can go onto fulfil their potential.
